Secretariat department and services for members

The Secretariat Department and services for members has the following attributions:

 

- receives from all the organizational structures, records in the Entry-Exit Log of UNPIR and assures the forwarding of the external correspondence of UNPIR – Constanta Branch (outgoing documents);

-organizes an efficient system for storing and archiving the documents of the branch;

-assures the convocation and organizing of the meetings that take place in UNPIR Branch Constanta, including the writing of the debates;

-assures the flow of the documents in written and electronic format, within the branch;

-attends the organizing of the internal events destined to the members of UNPIR Branch Constanta;

-assures the collaboration and cooperation with other institutions of the state, as well as with other professional bodies from the domain, internally;

-fulfills any other attributions stated by law or established by the Managing Board according to the law.

- draws up, updates and publishes information;

-assures the professional assistance for the members of the branch;

-applies the regulations regarding the insurance for the professional risk of the members;

- other attributions established by Articles of Association and Managing Board.
