Economical Financial Department

The Economic Financial Department has the following main attributions:

·    drawing up the supporting documents regarding the patrimonial operations;

·    organizing and keeping the accountancy accurately and up to date;

·    organizing and coordinating the inventory of patrimony, as well as capitalizing its results;

·   complying with the rules for drawing up the balance sheet and the submission terms to the competent bodies;

·    keeping the supporting documents, registries and annual financial statements;

·   accurate and real indication of incomes following the collection of fees and charges established by the decisions of the Managing Board of U.N.P.I.R.;

·    accurate and real indication of expenses, according to the limit of the annual budget approved by the General Assembly of the members of U.N.P.I.R. – Constanta Branch;

·    drawing up the Budget for Incomes - Expenses, as well as organizing and following the budgetary execution;

·    providing administrative and surveillance services for the patrimony of the branch;

·    other attributions established by the Managing Board of the branch.

The remuneration and personnel management departments are externalized. The verification of all the activities that are related to the financial-accounting documents is analyzed by the Censors Commission.
